The mountains are calling you to Wild Abundance’s feature gourmet cooking class. We invite you to nourish your body and soul at our beautiful eco-homestead with hands-on cooking endeavors. Students’ creations and meals will feature the best nutrition to be found: wild-foraged and home garden food and medicinals, fermented foods, bone broth, home butchery and charcuterie, and homemade cheese. Cooking demonstrations and projects are taught by Natalie Bogwalker, along with some of the most knowledgeable wild crafters, herbalists, nutritionists, gardeners and fermenters in the region.
