Asheville Latin is a section where we feature the Hispanic Community in Asheville and Western North Carolina. From the many cultures that are living in WNC, restaurants serving up some Latin spice, places to dance to Latin Music, Events and more. Faith is a big part of the Latin world and several churches in the area have a high level of involvement. We also have several Latin newspapers that are great resources in the Western North Carolina community.
There are many amazing Hispanic based restaurants in Western North Carolina. Asheville Latin restaurants start with Mexican food, but that is just a little taste of some of the Spanish cuisine that comes out of our kitchens. Food from El Salvador, Puerto Rico, Spain and many other Latin Countries is readily available. Then, you can add the taco shops on top of that and yes, SO Deliciouso!
Maybe you like to do the Salsa, or Merengue or Bachata, or maybe you want to learn how to dance. There are several Asheville Latin Dancing events around town regularly. The dance studios with classes for all singles, couples and groups are readily available. Dancing is something that can free and release you, give rhythm not only to your feet, but to you life. Get out in the Asheville community and lets make some moves.
