*Toubab Brewe: Bavarian-Style Zwickel Beer — Shrimp skewer, jalapeno cheddar cornbread, green apple & radish salad
*Roggenbier: Rye Lager — Pastrami cured salmon, house pretzel, caper-mustard sauce
*Herkulean: A Dark IPA — Smoked chicken ravioli with beercheese sauce
*Burning Barrel: Bourbon Chipotle Porter — Grilled merguez sausage, quinoa pilaf, flageolet beans
*Antebellum Ale: An 1820s American Ale — Beer float with Antebellum Ice Cream (another sumptuous union… Craggie & The Hop Ice Cream Café) and ginger molasses pizzelle served in a Craggie Willi (Willibecher), which is yours to keep!
